When you sign up for our Electronic Newsletter via our website in order to receive information, site update bulletins and special offers about our products, we will collect your email address.

Information you submit when you subscribe to our newsletter is stored outside the EEA on MailChimp’s servers in the USA. Transfer of information outside the EEA

Information is transferred and stored outside the EEA (EEA) in the circumstances as listed below. Some of the services listed below process personal data in the USA. By consenting to the use of these services, you also consent to the processing of your data in the USA in accordance with Art. 49 (1) lit. a GDPR. The USA is considered by the ECJ to be a country with an insufficient level of data protection according to EU standards. The Third Party Service, Calendly LLC., is a scheduling software used by you to schedule bookings with Jonathan Finn. Any and all information you provide whilst using Calendly LLC. is processed in accordance with Calendly’s own Privacy Policy available below.
Calendly LLC. may provide your information to other Third Party Services as required such as Jotform or Zoom to fulfill it’s task of scheduling bookings. Jotform:

The Third Party Service, Jotform, is a secure, e-form hosting service used for you to provide electronically signed consent and agreement to any and all services with Jonathan Finn. Jotform may use previously provided information from Calendly LLC. such as your name and email address for you to receive the required e-form for bookings.

Zoom:

The Third Party Service, Zoom, is an online video conferencing software used by Jonathan Finn to facilitate bookings and sessions. Any information provided to Zoom via Calendly LLC. or otherwise, is strictly for the purposes of hosting online video conferences. Usage Data

We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”).
